Punjab Board of Revenue Fee Schedule/Fee
Notification for Mutation & Coping fee.
Punjab Board of Revenue is largest government
collection department of Government of Punjab. Several department works under
the umbrella of Punjab Board of Revenue. The Most of common department is
Directorate of Land Record. The Directorate of Land Record is custodian of
Revenue Record. The patwari in old Revenue and newly Arazi Record Center’s
under the Punjab Land Record Authority fulfill the purpose of Directorate of Land
Record two major functions issuing copy and transfer of Land. The issues
certificated copies to general public as well as land owners of the estates.
The Directorate of Land Record of Land Record charges the coping mutation fee
against the transaction. This fee schedule is issues by Board of Revenue Punjab
under section 46 of The Punjab Land Revenue Act 1967 vide Notification. The Punjab Board of Revenue issue
notification for mutation fee in June 2010 vide notification no:
LR(I)-1597/2010-1597 dated: 30th June 2010 and coping fee notification No:
LR-II-30/2010-49 dated: 09th January 2010.
After the computerization of Land Record the
Punjab Land Record Authority performs the above functions of Directorate of
Land Record. The Punjab Land Record Authority charges its services charges from
the public under the Punjab Land Record Act 2017. The PLRA Board approved these
charges. Recently Punjab Land Record Authority increases its service charges
against its service at Aarzi Record Centers across the Punjab. These charges
are sprites from Board of Revenue fee.
In these days PLRA charges against copy Rs: 750 and mutation Rs: 1200 for
service charges.
