The Dehi
Markaz Maal (DMM) is an initiative by the Punjab Board of Revenue (BoR) with
the help of Punjab Land Record Authority to enhance public access to land
revenue records of Initially established at the Qanoongoi level, now these
centers have been expanded to the Patwar circle level, with the goal of
improving service delivery at the grassroots level land revenue records. . The Punjab
Land Record Authority is custodian digital Land Record.
In October
2021, Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar announced plans to increase the number
of DMMs from 1,052 to 8,000 within the fiscal year, aiming to facilitate
citizens' access to their revenue records. This expansion is part of broader
reforms to modernize the revenue system, including the digitization of land
records and the introduction of online revenue case management systems. The Punjab
Land Record Authority is issues instruction to Revenue Officer of every Dehi
Markaz Maal (DMM) for smooth services to general public.
